Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Per Annum + Bens

This role would suit a creative and talented web designer looking to developtheir career with a company offering fantastic scope for career progression.

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for the creative design and production of website visuals. You will be required to take clients creative brief and resources and turn it into a visually stunning website.

You will work to a variety of production methods, from creating initial visual mock-ups to building CMS driven templates. As such, our client is looking for a candidate who is familiar with usable and inspirational web layouts and possesses intricate attention to detail. Typography, grid systems and image post-processing are also core elements of this role.

You will be tasked with:

- Producing visual website wireframes and mock-ups
- Liaising with clients to establish the creative brief
- Creating email marketing templates
- Transforming briefs and concepts into first class visuals
- Producing visual assets

To be considered for the role of Web Designer, you must have:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience of using Photoshop, Illustrator, XHTML and CSS
- Knowledge of SEO best practice
- Experience of dealing with usability

Additionally, you must be confident and self motivated with a can-do attitude. You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Although not essential, experience in any of the following would be a distinct advantage to your application: Flash, Indesign, e-commerce, google analytics, Wordpress, Joomla or any other CMS tool.
